Daily workshops will be held in the Rady School of Management, Otterson Hall, 2nd-floor Multi-Purpose Room (Across from Peet's Coffee on Hopkins Drive - street level)


Workshops will be held - Weds 9 AM - 4:30 pm, Thurs: 8:45 AM-4:30 PM, Fri: 8:45 AM-12:00 PM

*Please Note About Meals: Conference hotel (Sheraton) does not include breakfast in their daily rate, but we will be providing a complete breakfast each day! We will try to provide a variety of options to choose from at each meal, however, if you have strict dietary requirements, feel free to bring breakfast and/or lunch and snacks with you!

What to Bring

The climate along the coast can be breezy and cool even on sunny days. We suggest light, layered clothing options for outdoor wear as well as air-conditioned conference rooms. Rain is not expected, however, it is not unusual for us to have a heavy marine layer.

We encourage you to bring your laptop computers or tablets!

A couple of things to note about your stay at the Sheraton:

  • A valid credit card and ID will be needed at check-in for incidentals (or $50 per day cash deposit)
  • Parking at the hotel is $20 per day 
  • There is an early checkout fee of $75 (if you check out prior to the reserved checkout date). To avoid this fee, notify staff upon check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
